Jalapeno Craisin Oatmeal Cookies

Sounds like a bizarre combination, but the resulting cookies are quite good. The sweetness of the craisins offset a slight jalapeno taste. There is no heat in the cookie.

A different spin on chili. Chili with Italian Spices. This chili won 2nd place at the PUP Spring Opener 2009.
